Who we are
A studio that builds, not just advises
Since 2008 we have been doing engineering for other companies. Today that work sits alongside our own products: we design them, we run them, and we answer for them.
We never delegate the architecture or the accountability. We work through agentic engineering and bring in outside freelance specialists when a project calls for it, but design, build and run never change hands. That is where advising and building part ways: an adviser hands over judgment; we hand over that and something that works.
Our own products are also the test bed: what we learn building and running them ends up in our clients’ work, and the other way around.

Who answers
Two founding partners, with separate roles and specialist support
We combine two complementary profiles, technical and commercial, and that division of work is what lets us decide quickly. We lead every project personally, from the first conversation through to production and the maintenance that follows. We also lean on two networks, our own expert AI agents and our own specialist freelance collaborators, which take us much further.

Analyses the problems, designs the systems, plans the architectures and makes the important technical decisions. Full-stack development and AI integration, in Rust and Python and on AWS and GCP.
Answers for those decisions on every product of our own and every client project.

Operations leadership (COO)
Company administration, marketing and the commercial launch of each product. Graphic design and brand identity for every brand in the studio. Development of mobile apps in Flutter.
Also runs the relationship with clients and suppliers, and the day-to-day of the studio and its products.
