GRUPO NAVATEA, S.L. (hereinafter "navat.ai" or "the website") uses cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze web traffic, and personalize content.

According to their purpose, this website uses the following categories of cookies:
4.1. Essential cookies (strictly necessary)
These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the website and cannot be disabled. They are used exclusively to enable navigation and use of basic website functionalities.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). They do not require prior consent according to recital 49 of the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, as they are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user.

4.2. Local Storage (localStorage)
In addition to HTTP cookies, this website uses browser localStorage to store user preferences locally on your device. Although technically not "cookies" in the strict sense, they are subject to the same legal obligations for information and consent under GDPR.
Legal basis: User consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). They require your explicit consent before being used (except those strictly necessary).

Technical difference: localStorage is a browser API that allows storing data locally without sending it to the server with each request (unlike HTTP cookies). However, according to the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR, any storage of information on the user's device requires the same guarantees for information and consent as traditional cookies.
4.3. Analytics and measurement cookies
These cookies let us count visits and analyse browsing behaviour, so that the content and structure of the website can be improved.
This site installs no analytics cookies, not even if you accept every category.
To know how many visits the site receives and which pages are read, it uses Overtracking, a cookieless analytics service: it writes nothing to your device and reads nothing from it, no cookies, no local storage, no browser fingerprinting. Four fields are sent per visit: the page address, the address you came from if there is one, the browser window size and the server response code. On receiving them the service also learns your IP address, as does any server a browser connects to. No identifier is created, so nobody can be recognised from one visit to the next, or followed to other websites.
Why we do not ask your permission for this. Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI requires consent to store information on your device or access information already stored there. Overtracking does neither, so it falls outside that article and the cookie settings panel does not control it. Processing the data it does receive rests on the company's legitimate interest in knowing how its own website is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR), and you can object to it as described in the privacy policy.
Google Analytics is also used, and it does install cookies on your device. They load only if you accept them in the cookie settings panel, and rejecting deletes any that exist. They are listed in the analytics cookie table in this same section.
5. How to manage and delete cookies
5.1. Cookie settings panel
At any time, you can modify your cookie preferences by clicking on the "Cookie Settings" button located in the bottom left corner of all pages of this website.
From this panel you can:

6. Third-party cookies
This site installs no third-party cookies. The only cookies stored on your device are the technical ones described in section 4.1, and this site sets them itself.
The only external service involved in browsing is Overtracking, which measures audience without cookies, as explained in section 4.3. It processes the data it receives on behalf of GRUPO NAVATEA, S.L. and on its instructions. Its terms are at overtracking.com ↗.
7. International data transfers
The cookies this site installs are technical and never leave it, so they give rise to no international transfer.
Which providers take part in hosting and in audience measurement, the country where they process the data and the safeguards that apply are set out in the privacy policy, which is where that belongs.

This Cookie Policy may be modified due to legislative, jurisprudential changes, or interpretation by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), as well as changes in the cookies used on the website.
